Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available to eligible countries and regions shown at checkout.
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 6–12 business days
Tracking may take up to 3 business days to become active
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unworn and unused
In its original condition
Returned with its original packaging and accessories
Free from damage, alteration, stains, odors, or signs of wear

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also include clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and affected area.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Original customs duties, import taxes, expedited shipping fees, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Natural and Handmade Variations
Many PRANARACRAFTS pieces contain natural stones, yak bone, agate, wood, handmade beads, handwoven cords, or artisan metal details.
Natural differences in color, grain, texture, shape, size, bead pattern, and handmade finishing are part of the unique character of each piece and are not normally considered defects.
Product colors may also appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
We will try to accommodate cancellation requests submitted before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
