Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after
receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
To start a return, contact us at service@pranaracrafts.com. Please note
that returns must be sent to the address we provide after your return is
accepted. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be
accepted.
Because each piece is handmade, minor natural variations in stone color,
texture, or bead size are not considered defects and are not eligible for
return on that basis alone.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if
the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we
can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. Please contact us if
you have questions about a specific item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund
was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded the full
amount on your original payment method within 10 business days, with no
restocking fees or hidden deductions. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item
arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover return
shipping.
