Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or 
delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of 
orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days after processing, depending on 
your location and customs clearance in your country. Please note that 
tracking numbers may take up to 3 days to activate after your order ships.

Depending on stock availability, your order may be shipped from our US 
warehouse or our partner workshop in Tibet, China. This does not affect 
the price or quality of your item, but may cause slight variation in 
delivery time between orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
PranaraCrafts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your 
order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of 
the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Packages
PranaraCrafts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during 
shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at 
service@pranaracrafts.com with photos of the damaged item, and we will do our best 
to resolve the issue.
